In 2011 she became Sales Manager at Sotheby’s International Realty Portugal, where her daily operations led the business successfully. Currently, Ana holds the position of Director of Real Estate for Wyndham Grand Algarve in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago.

Geoffrey is a Portuguese advogado, a solicitor of England and Wales and a member of the Law Society of Ireland. He started his legal career by practising in Belfast, followed by London and Lisbon where he has lived and worked for 23 years. Geoffrey has a strong connection to the international communities and institutions in Portugal, including the British and Irish Embassies – he has been Honorary Legal Advisor to the British Ambassador since 2012 and is recommended by the Irish Embassy. He is a founder of the Ireland Portuguese Business Network, currently serving as its Chairman, and sits on a the Council of the Portuguese UK Chamber of Commerce and Executive Committee of the Royal British Club. Areas of practice include Foreign Investment and Tax. He is based in Lisbon and is fluent in English and Portuguese.

Carrie-Marie Bratley is an accomplished travel book author based in Portugal’s Algarve. For over a decade, she also worked as a journalist and newscaster. With a passion for storytelling and exploration, Carrie has travelled the length and breadth of Portugal and most of its islands while researching for her travel guides. Originally from South Yorkshire, England, she has lived in the Algarve for over 30 years, having moved there as a child, and is bilingual. She lives in the stunning Silves region with her three rescue dogs.
